Office Manager

The role takes place within the branch. The figure manages the agency with managerial style and autonomy, with responsibility for turnover, results, and human resources.

We require:

  • Degree or diploma with experience in a business context
  • Proven experience of success in the real estate sector
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Determination and good interpersonal skills
  • Attitude strongly result-oriented
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, and business acumen

The role takes place within the branch. The figure idependently manages the agency with responsibility for turnover, results, and human resources. Specifically it deals with:

  • Training of employees and partners
  • Acquisition and supervision of customers and properties
  • Preparation of presentations, and sales documentation
  • Processing of market analysis

Assistant

We require:

  • High degree of commitment
  • Strong team spirit
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Friendly behavior, safe and friendly attitude
  • High-school diploma
  • Previous work experience in a similar situation is appreciated

The role takes place within the branch. The figure manages the office in a professional manner: answers the phone, coordinates appointments, manages correspondence, carries out administrative tasks, etc. Specifically it deals with:

  • Support to the Office Manager and the team in everyday business operations
  • Support for appointments and commercial events
  • Implementation of sales and marketing activities
  • Writing of descriptive texts of properties and other documentation

Expension Manager

We require:

  • University training, preferably in economic fields
  • Experience of at least 3 years in the role
  • Excellent predisposition to the commercial profession
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
  • Availability to travel throughout North East Italy, in particular Veneto and Emilia-Romagna

The role takes place within the Commercial Department, its responsibility is commercial development, and network management in the North East. The figure independently manages the commercial area assigned to it and its customers. Specifically it deals with:

  • Study and analyze the target market
  • Search / create new customers, with which to develop the business
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with assigned active customers
  • Manage the relationship with the customer for the entire duration of the project

Property Consultant

We require:

  • Excellent sales capacity in the real estate sector
  • Enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently, with great commitment and motivation
  • Strong communication skills, and team spirit
  • Personality and character empathic and affable, to deal with demanding customers
  • Excellent regional network

The role takes place within the branch. The figure manages the acquisition and sale of real estate properties. Specifically it deals with:

  • Evaluation and presentation of real estate properties
  • Provide assistance to customers throughout the sales process
  • Commercial and marketing activities

To do all that, once properly trained, the activities are to:

  • Acquire, rent and sell valuable properties
  • Efficently evaluation and presention of real estate properties
  • Identify the real needs of a potential buyer
  • Carefully select potential renters
  • Provide complete assistance to customers, instilling the added value of being addressed to specialists
  • Effectively carry out commercial and marketing activities
